These terms govern general use of the Vyema Studios website. They are a content template, not a substitute for a studio-specific client contract or legal review. Bookings across any Vyema division should be governed by a separate signed agreement covering the exact scope, fees, rights, platforms, and production terms.

Website use

You may browse this website and submit genuine inquiries for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malicious code, misuse forms, scrape protected material, impersonate another person, or use the site in a way that infringes another party’s rights.

Inquiries are not confirmed bookings

Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a date, create a client relationship, or guarantee availability. A project is confirmed only after the studio and client have accepted the applicable proposal or agreement and any required retainer has been received.

Portfolio content and intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website design, studio branding, written content, photographs, films, graphics, and other original material are protected works belonging to the studio or their respective licensors. They may not be copied, republished, sold, modified, or used commercially without written permission.

Demo media

The initial website package contains licensed demo media and links to publicly accessible studio content for presentation purposes. Before launch, demo assets should be replaced or verified, and the studio should retain records showing the right to publish every photograph, film, testimonial, logo, track, and other creative asset used.

Third-party services and links

The website may link to or embed platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, analytics services, client galleries, maps, payment services, or form processors. These services are operated independently, and their availability, content, and practices are governed by their own terms.

Information and availability

We aim to keep website information accurate and the site available, but content, pricing, services, locations, availability, and features may change. The website is provided on an “as available” basis, and no portfolio example guarantees an identical result for a future project.

Client agreements take priority

Where a signed client agreement conflicts with these general website terms, the signed agreement controls the relevant creative or production project. Topics such as cancellation, rescheduling, travel, weather, permits, overtime, delivery times, revisions, archival periods, model releases, usage rights, and payment should be addressed in that agreement.

Limitation and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the studio is not responsible for indirect loss arising solely from general website use, third-party services, or reliance on incomplete demo information. Nothing in these terms excludes any right or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes

These terms may be updated when the website, studio services, or operational requirements change. The revised date should be displayed on this page.
